HEALTH TIPS Every individual is born with a pre-determined constitution or Prakriti. The balance of the Vata, Pitta, and Kapha influence the physiological and psychological development of a person. *Kapha types* are steady, strong and grounded individuals. This dosha is *dominated by the earth element* with stable and grounded qualities but is found to be *stubborn, reclusive and resistant to stress*. When in stress, Kapha individuals *prefer to eat comforting foods* that are *sweet and contain cheese, and wheat* which makes them *lethargic, sad, less motivated and low on energy*.
